Where is my order?
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive the tracking number by email. Letters have no tracking.
Can I change my order?
Only in exceptional cases. Contact us as soon as possible, ideally via WhatsApp or the form.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed by 12 noon on working days ship by the next working day at the latest. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days within Germany, 4–6 to most EU countries, Switzerland and the UK, and 6–9 to the USA and Canada. Other countries take longer depending on the destination.
How do I return an item?
Fill in the form on the returns page. The return label is sent to you free of charge by email.
When will I get my money back?
We usually initiate the refund 1–2 working days after your return arrives, via your original payment method.
