Where is my order?
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive the tracking number by email. Letters have no tracking.
Can I change my order?
Only in exceptional cases. Contact us as soon as possible, ideally via WhatsApp or the form.
How long does delivery take?
We ship at the latest on the next working day. Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.
How do I return an item?
Fill in the form on the returns page. The return label is sent to you free of charge by email.
When will I get my money back?
Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund the amount via your original payment method.
